How to Book?

We require a valid email address, phone number and a major credit card to schedule an appointment online. For your convenience, our booking app is available to you 24/7, where you can schedule and manage your appointments with us.

What to do when I arrive?

Tanya White Skincare is located at the William Vale Hotel, inside their executive suites. Entrance is across from the Hotel entrance. A code will be provided once you arrive allowing you entrance to the building and suite floor.

Late Appointments

If running late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate but if we can’t then your appointment will be cut short.

Cancellation Policy

At Tanya White Skincare, we adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% equal to the price of your scheduled appointment. 

Customers with multiple and frequent cancellations will require a 50% deposit for future appointments.

No-shows will be charged the full amount
